Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Glitz ATM ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided: We provide ATM rentals and full-service cash access solutions for events, venues, and businesses. Each rental agreement will outline specific service details including:
- Type and number of ATM machines provided
- Cash load amounts based on estimated usage
- Duration of service and staffing (if applicable)
- Setup and breakdown times
- Technical support and monitoring throughout the event
2. Booking & Payment:
- Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- Written confirmation is required to secure services.
- A detailed invoice or agreement will outline service fees, which may vary depending on location, number of machines, and duration.
- In some cases, a refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- A standard service fee of $150 per ATM may apply unless otherwise waived. Please inquire about specific event pricing.
- Payments are due as outlined in the invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest fees and service delays.
3. Client Responsibilities:
- Provide a flat, level, and secure space for ATM placement
- Ensure venue permissions and power access (120V outlet within 10 feet)
- Communicate any venue regulations, security protocols, or setup restrictions
- Maintain general oversight of the machine area during the event (unless attended by Glitz ATM staff)
4. Glitz ATM Responsibilities:
- Delivery, installation, and removal of ATM equipment
- Stocking ATMs with appropriate cash volumes based on projected needs
- Ongoing performance monitoring and support throughout the rental period
- Troubleshooting or servicing machine issues promptly
5. Liability:
- Glitz ATM is not liable for lost revenue or indirect damages caused by force majeure events (e.g., power outages, vandalism, inclement weather).
- Clients are strictly prohibited from tampering with, moving, or opening ATM units without written authorization from Glitz ATM.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to up to 50% of the booking total.
- Events can be rescheduled at no additional cost, pending availability.
7. Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after revisions constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
